Built a repeatable recruitment content tool for a busy HR team

The challenge

The Head of HR and Contractor Liaison and team needed help producing recruitment copy for different levels of seniority, from graduate roles to senior management positions.

Each brief required slightly different wording around location, benefits, opportunity and experience. The work was not especially complex, but it was repetitive and time-consuming for a time-poor team.
 

What we did

Rather than continuing to write multiple bespoke paragraphs every time a vacancy came up, we stepped back and looked for a smarter solution.

We created a bank of tailored message components and built a spreadsheet-based content generator that could combine them into different versions of recruitment copy in seconds.

The tool gave the team practical flexibility. Messages could be updated easily as roles, benefits or priorities changed, without the need to restart the writing process each time.
 

What changed

• A recurring marketing task became a reusable internal tool.
