About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from DXDMedia Ltd (“we”, “us”), registered in Scotland, company number SC706931, registered office 6-7 Queens Terrace, Aberdeen AB10 1XL, VAT number GB 365 2143 11. You are buying for your business, not as a consumer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms (including the licence below) and our Privacy Notice.

What you are buying

The DXDMedia Marketing Growth Planner, as the edition named on the order (for example, 2027): one Excel workbook, licensed for use by one business.
Access to the published planner tools, including the optional online Marketing Health Check and the Marketing Reset, and the planner email series described at purchase.
If you choose them: a Written Review or a Review Call, as described on the planner page.

Future editions are not included unless we say so when you buy.

Prices and VAT

Prices are shown excluding VAT unless we say otherwise. VAT is added at the current rate and shown on your invoice. The price that applies is the price shown when you place your order, including any launch or late-joiner price.

Ordering and delivery

Your order is accepted when we email you your download link. This normally happens straight away. The link is sent to the email address you gave at checkout, so please check it and your junk folder. If you don’t receive it, email us. Please save an untouched master copy straight away. If you lose it, we may provide a replacement where we can verify your order, but we can’t restore information entered into a lost or overwritten working copy.

Licence

We grant the purchasing business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the planner for its own internal planning and marketing activity. You may make reasonable working copies for people employed by, or contracted directly to, your business. You must not sell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, share with another business, upload for public access, remove ownership notices from, or use the workbook or its structure to create a competing product. We keep all intellectual property rights in the workbook, the tools and the supporting content.

The 2027 edition may continue to open after the end of 2027, but its dates, links, guidance and supporting communications relate to that edition.

Our "it didn't help" guarantee

Work through the Core Plan (the seven worksheets from the Health Check to the 90-Day Plan). If the planner isn’t useful for your business, email info+planner@dxdmedia.co.uk within 7 days of purchase, telling us what you tried and why it didn’t help, and we’ll refund you in full, using your original payment method.

If we refund you, your licence to use the planner and the planner tools ends, and you must delete all copies of the planner. The guarantee applies once per business per edition, and we may decline a request where it appears to be used to obtain the workbook without paying for it.

If the planner file is faulty or doesn’t work as described, tell us and we’ll fix or replace it, or refund you.

For a Plan Review, we’ll refund the review part in full if we haven’t started work on it. For a Review Call, we’ll refund the call part if you cancel more than 48 hours before the call. Once a review has been delivered or a call has taken place, that part can’t be refunded. You can still ask for a refund of the planner itself within 7 days.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, which it doesn’t affect.

Written Review and Review Call

A Written Review is a review of your completed Core Plan, sent within five working days of us receiving it. A Review Call is a 45-minute call to talk through your plan, at a time agreed with you. We’ll keep your plan confidential and use it only for the service. These services are one-off, and give you our professional opinion. They do not guarantee any result and are not legal, financial, tax or regulated advice.

Using the planner and the tools

The planner provides prompts, calculations and links to supporting material. Results depend on the information you enter, the decisions you make and the work you do. We do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome.
The Marketing Reset uses artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. Check what it tells you against what you know about your business. Please don’t enter confidential information or personal data.
We take reasonable care to keep the tools available, but we may change, move or replace them, and they may sometimes be unavailable. The Tools page always shows the current links.

Support

Support is by email at info+planner@dxdmedia.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days. It covers using the planner and the tools. It doesn’t include individual review or consultancy (unless you have bought a Written Review or Review Call), technical support for third-party spreadsheet applications, or bespoke changes to the workbook.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make using the planner. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.

Ending the licence

We may end your licence if you break the licence terms above and don’t put it right within a reasonable time after we ask. If your licence ends, you must delete the workbook and all copies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

Law and courts

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
