AI, shifting trends, and a changing high street—who’s winning?

I was in Aberdeen last week looking at the changes happening in our malls. Many of the chain stores that were the mainstay of the high street have failed or transitioned online. Thinking about AI and the opportunities it's likely to throw up, I am reminded that the stores that made it are value-led or super niche. So, my marketing takeaway this week is to lean into what you do best. Take your cue from the brands that have not just survived but thrived.
